INCLUDE a copy of the returned form with RMA # when shipping along with a PO in the amount of the evaluation fee – $300.00 for standard oscillators and RF Modules; $500.00 for instruments and custom products. If it is determined after evaluation that repair costs will exceed the initial evaluation cost, Quantic Wenzel will contact the requestor with estimated final repair costs and for authorization to proceed.
RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES for all repairs must be prepaid by customer. Quantic Wenzel is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Quantic Wenzel pays for ground shipment, uninsured, to ship warranty repairs back to the customer. If unit is not under warranty, insurance is requested or a faster method is required for a warranty unit, please include the shipping information on the PO.
WARRANTY is one year from ship date. Date code is four digits, the first two digits are the year, second two are the week. For example: 1251 would be the 51st week of 2012. Warranty is voided if unit is opened, soldered, misused, neglected, modified or damaged by customer.
